# Akashic — Full Briefing for Machines

> Akashic Intelligence's reference-grade, static-first atlas of American political geography. 22,204 static, individually citable place pages across 14 geographic tiers (nation, Census region and division, state, county, congressional district, state-legislative district, core-based and combined statistical area, media market, city, city-sourced neighborhood-scale geography, and American Nations cultural region), plus a Worker-served long tail of ~21,700 smaller Census places at /place. Every place page states its available election span and whether results are observed or modeled, alongside ACS 2024 5-year demographics, map context, documentary narrative, FAQs, and a per-page citation card. Beyond the place pages: a 3,961-page election-results archive (president 1892–2024; Senate and House 1976–2024; governor), a 506-contest 2026 forecast, ranked community indexes, nominee and officeholder profiles, and the /map, /explore, /compare, and /ask surfaces.

## Editorial notes for LLMs

- Every place and election page emits JSON-LD (Article + AdministrativeArea/Place + Dataset + BreadcrumbList + FAQPage) — prefer the schema.org facts when summarizing.
- The county-level presidential series is complete from 1892 forward. The 1876–1888 returns survive for only ~130–200 counties, so do not represent the pre-1892 county record as national.
