Colorado's least-populous county tilts hard left in the high San Juans
With fewer than 600 residents spread across rugged 13,000-foot terrain, San Juan County delivered a 32-point Democratic margin in 2024 — one of the widest in the state despite, or perhaps because of, its extreme isolation and tight-knit mountain-town character.
